Last but not least, Smokin Rock bares its soul for the world to see. Dannewitz belts out his story of hardship with unflinching honesty as Hank Rusch machine guns the universe with his Stratocaster. This song was written in 2018. It was a sort of autobiographical song  pertaining to singer Bob Dannewitz during a rough patch in his life.  At the that time lockdowns, riots, crime, war were non existent. We thought the song was not relatable so we shelved it.  What a difference a couple of years make!!
