The Widdler and Controlled Kaos are two clear examples of why the American dubstep and bass music scene is still very much alive and well. Both bringing a fresh new perspective, sound, and style to the genre, they have joined together to showcase a selection of their take on deep and dark productions. The 'AM PM EP' takes the listener on a journey from morning to night with four stunning tracks (2 from each artist). 'Sejaiku' and 'Cloudwatcher' cater to the early morning wake up vibes, while 'Space Melody' and 'Within' tend to side with a darker and more sinister feeling. All in all, these drastically varied songs ultimately blend together into a seamless and progressively themed release, which is due out in all major online stores on Saturday, September 14th.

We always had a weak spot for upcoming talent. It’s one of the most interesting phases in an artist’ career. A bright future in the making is exciting to see develop before your very eyes It’s a period where everything is still possible, open and giant steps are easily made.

Doka is such a talent. Hailing from beautiful Heerlen and now residing in Amsterdam, his demo’s caused quite the stir in Wolfskuil HQ. Doka’s uncomprimising, relentless techno productions have been extensively roadtested, leaving dancefloors in shatters. So it’s due time for his first vinyl release. The main track Exigent is the most subtle one of the package. But don’t be fooled be it’s deceiving friendliness. This is peaktime techno at it’s best: big breakdowns and climaxes, timed perfectly for maximum effect. 

And the flipside it gets bigger, fatter and nastier. Ximul reminds of old 90’s Speedy J releases on Nova Mute (remember the Collabs series?) with it’s gruesome, acidic bassline and clever industrial sounddesign. Kahn is made of the same cloth, but takes it more on the hypnotic tip. And this is just the beginning of a promising career, one to watch.

UK-based musician, Sine Here, began his music career in 2005 as a Drum & Bass DJ & Producer at the young age of 14. In 2010, he shifted his focus from Drum & Bass to Dubstep and months later his first tunes were signed to Play Me Too Records and Hype Regiment Records. Soon thereafter, Sine Here's productions expanded even further and his music now takes influence from countless different styles and sub-genres. His true versatility shined with the release of his deep autonomic track, 'Underground', which was released on Dank 'N' Dirty Dubz in 2011. Sine Here's wide range of music productions have been featured on BBC Radio 1 and have been supported by the likes of Bassnectar, MRK1, NumberNin6, Liquid Stranger, and many more. We are proud to present to you Sine Here's debut 10-track album, 'Lifted', which is due for release on Monday, February 18th. This collection of gems takes the listener through a seamless journey of unique soundscapes as well as various genres, tempos, and moods.
