The thing about visual art is the light versus the shadows. I always value looking at light and seeing it's contrast to the dark in visual art styles, with themes such as hue and contrast working together with shapes to create the reality that we can see and interpret, and seeing what kind of shapes those elements describe. I feel like this can help define a piece as "dramatic" by observing the little bit of light as it describes a larger volume that we can see. And then I thought back to about black holes, and about how light can get stretched so mathematically impossibly thin and bend around a volume so large it bends the fabric of space time, bending light before it reaches us. And how photons are constantly finding their way and illuminating the potentially infinitely and ever faster expanding darkness.

It is an interesting way to work, tucked between the spaces of real life, the bus stops, car parks, pubs and supermarkets, using a studio that has more power than he even imagined back in the early 90's when he first put down a guitar and picked up a mouse. Lets be honest, a mid range phone equipped with the superb Caustic App has more power than the live rig of half a dozen outboard bits of gear he used 10 years ago when he played live with The Sultan of Strings.

A love for music and a passion for building things. It started with playing guitar in my teens and morphed into making electronic music, building synths and a drum machine. Everything from 2020 to current on this profile was made and recorded live on hardware (single L/R from mixer to audio interface) unless it’s a dj set and prior to that is a mix of hardware and Ableton Live.

An American solo artist, hailing from the great State of Texas, USA, birth name-Timothy A Miller, stylized we get TenMilL^.  A hardware based electronic musician, and piano player.   His music journey started at the age of 8.  The entire family is musically inclined, jams together, always performing a great tone.  This gave Tim his strong foundation for the love of music his entire life.  Studied music theory in college, among the many other things he has done in life.  
  Has always had a passion for music. No matter what he does, always contemplating something musical, from marching in the mountains of South Korea, to the peacekeeping missions in the deserts of Egypt, to the sands of Iraq,including disaster relief in the State’s.  If there was a keyboard or piano nearby, TenMilL^ could always be found on no matter what Country it was.  No matter what mission it was, there was always something that turned up.  Even in Egypt, when the MWR showed up at South Camp, they left a keyboard powered (they didn’t know I was there)and ready to go for the band, but all were away as the show didn’t start for another hour.  Tim was on the stage, as soon as all had left the area, straight to that Korg keyboard, jamming away, off in his zone, unaware of the audience gained.  Was supported by Military Welfare & Recreation (MWR 1996 Camp Casey, TDC, South Korea) as a keyboard player.  Most importantly, a father to 6, 3 boys, 3 girls, a loving husband, and a retired Soldier of the U.S. Army.
