Arduus ad Solem (Striving towards the Sun) was the original motto of the University of Manchester, who asked me to write an opening fanfare for them. It's something a bit different, with a broad fanfare theme followed by a continuous drive through the piece as the band works it's way heavenwards.

The Survivor’s Song ( I Will Rise Up) was written and performed by Dreams, a Salvation Army choir of people with lived and learned experience of exploitation. Through music and rich community this group has interwoven their personal experience and stories to express their journey through song writing. The song was produced together in partnership with The Salvation Army’s Anti Trafficking and Modern Slavery Department Build programme and Music and Creative Arts Department.
