F.S.C (Remixes & B - Sides) - 03 Concubot Pt. 3

Here is my birthday ED mix from last Sunday. I had such a blast delivering this one. It was received beautifully. One community member said "they went the deepest they had gone in an ED". Sharing the sacred medicine of music within our Dance Temple here ,was the best present on my 39th birthday. We had about 120 members attend, across all ages and body shapes. A girlfriend brought her three month old for her first time, which was pretty special. 

What we resist persists. In order to heal, we must feel. This dance invites you to feel what's bubbling within as you express yourself through movement. The call is to feel all of it.

We had a mirror on the altar and I invited our community to look into the mirror for any chosen period of time 15, 30 or 60 secs. To stare into ones eyes and feel what comes up! It is such a powerful exercise. 

May this mix invite you to feel what arises for you and may you honour and hold the feels. All feeling is welcome and when we can cultivate this holding of what is, we can shift our suffering. Let's begin with a trusting "feeling it" is simply a practice for our own inner transformation.
