Nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux à souffrir d’insomnies et à en subir les conséquences physiques et psychiques : fatigue, déprime, irritabilité, problèmes d’attention et de mémoire, difficultés à prendre des décisions, muscles endoloris, crampes, peau abîmée…

Or ces troubles du sommeil peuvent très souvent être soignés et guéris sans médicaments.

Dans un langage clair et accessible, Michèle Freud décrit les différents troubles du sommeil et leurs causes. Puis elle nous propose des « outils » de réflexion ainsi que des exercices de sophrologie permettant de : 

- vaincre l’insomnie ; 
- surmonter les difficultés à s’endormir ; 
- lutter contre les réveils nocturnes ; 
- venir à bout des réveils précoces ; 
- triompher des cauchemars, etc.

Car les troubles du sommeil peuvent être décodés et guéris, à condition d’écouter ce que le corps cherche à nous dire. C’est en prenant davantage soin de lui, en nous prodiguant les soins nécessaires que nous pourrons nous détendre, soulager nos tensions et retrouver un sommeil de qualité. Pour redécouvrir, en toute confiance, le chemin du sommeil.

Tribone - Alchemy Circle 33 - Boom Festival 2022

My set I played during the Masked Ball which was the closing night of a 3 day long tantra festival that was going on at Odessa Amsterdam.
In overal way slower than a regular ecstatic dance set. Still has its peaks, but in a way more slower flow. 
I really enjoyed the energy from this, a bit more "fascinating" crowd, in good way ;)  I had so much fun playing here!
