Signed to KMS Records - the brainchild of Detroit luminary, Kevin Saunderson - the Pressure EP offers 3 tracks of stone cold techno, from the pulsating nightmare of the title-track, to the robotic funk of 'Goldfinger' and the driven 'Program Error'.

The Greek-born, Krakow-based producer has been turning a lot of heads over the past few years, with his own Secret Room Records, and work for Bush, Proton and Monique Musique. Through his KMS debut, Deas solidifies his rightful place amongst the contemporary techno elite, and we have a feeling this is still only the beginning.

KANT translates to "edge" from Danish, referring to something unconventional, exciting and new, which doesn’t immediately fit inside a box and dares to be different. These characteristics perfectly sum up the music of young Copenhagen producer Joachim Schaarup-Jensen. After causing waves with releases on Katermukke, Suara and Kittball, we welcome KANT to Light my Fire with the excellent ‘Switch’ EP. 	

The title track ‘Switch feat. Anne Kim Thordson’ is a chugging house monster that focuses on a seductive female spoken-word accentuated by heavy hits, ominous synths and a pumping kick drum: reduced, yet lethal. Next, ‘Shook’ is more laidback as it revolves around a tropical Balearic theme with impressive flow. On their ‘Switch’ remixes, Artenvielfalt opt for a jazz-infused drum intro, which drops into a peak-time deep house groove to dazzling effect, while Kreature delivers an old school workout of 303-goodness. Danish dynamite!

He found his signature sound through his various productions and live sets, all characterized by a melodic style of techno. Julian Jeweil - Shaka (Christian Smith Remix)[FORM]

This typically bombastic three-tracker of explosive, crowd-moving techno opens with ‘U Said U’. A massively hyped tracks that has been the subject of huge fan-demand since it first featured on Beyer’s Drumcode Radio in January. However, ’Love Siren’ will battle it out for the most attention from punters, packed with all the power and punch required to knock over festival crowds as it systematically builds and drops this is one for the big open air stages. ‘Rumours’ wraps things up in slightly more understated but non-the-less effective fashion with its drawn out, tension building intro mushrooming into a crescendo of sleazy chords and sparking melodies.
