Positively influenced by his father, a bass player, Wolfsburg (Germany) born DJ and producer Ollie S. (Oliver Staecker) explores the magic of synthesizers & automating faders since 2015 with a clear preference for groovy & hypnotic deep house cuts as perfectly showcased on his debut release for Steve Bug's Sublease Music.

The title track Stanton is an groovy, crisp analog cut with a bouncy bassline providing an irresistible drive while keeping things deep. 

Sublease regular Steve Kelley contributes a spheric, floating remix for Stanton by opening up the elements and adding his signature ingredients. 

Luminous, the third track, keeps the deep vibe in a sightly snappier setting with bubbling synths inspired by the unexplored deep sea.

London-based producer Habit to Others presents her latest release on Steve Bug's Hamburg-based Dessous Recordings.

The Everything EP is comprised of three delicious slices of rolling deep house with plenty of flavour and a killer remix by Ivan Latyshev.  Our Debut Transmission today is 'Everything', the title track, which has a tight and slick production - with the amazing vocals lending a super soulful edge to the tough and funky beats.

The wonderful Ivan Latyshev remix comes in his distinctive deep, groove-heavy house sound while 'You Want This' hits hard - a thick punchy kick drives it along, with slightly pitched down vocals adding a menacing edge to proceedings - one for the basements. An assured debut on Steve Bug’s home for deeper sounds, Habit to Others is definitely a name to watch.
