Jimi After’s sound embodies the history of electronic music. There's the soundtrack of Bladerunner and arthouse electronics from Düsseldorf. You can hear Chicago, Detroit and the Balearics, New Beat and EBM, Hacienda and Paradise Garage, all in one homogeneous sound. That’s not what makes it so powerfully addictive though, it’s that it all feels so effortless, and most of all genuine.
