Since his beginnings in 2001, Freddy J has been on a focused mission of constant development, moulding a unique style that is sure to deliver dancefloor mayhem. With twenty years as a leader of the scene, he has cemented himself as one of Canada’s premiere DJ’s.  
He never fails to bring the best bass-driven party funk possible, with a style that can be described as electro meets funky, dirty, whompy, groovy, bassline. Having headlined at a multitude of club and festival events, the experience Freddy J brings to the tables shines through and gets people moving on the dancefloor. 
2024 saw Freddy J open the Fractal Forest as part of his 14th appearance at Shambhala Music Festival, and once again he showed why he keeps getting invited back year after year... this is definitely one DJ you won’t want to miss!

There are so many places all over the world pumping out different genres of music and they all have their own piece of flavour attached to them.  I feel it helps people connect with the music if you know where it’s from and offers a new experience during the set“

Cmax Music AKA City Props is a second generation DJ.  His father was among the first djs to start the movement and offer to play records at clubs in the early 70's out in New Brunswick Canada.  Cmax has been an avid music festival attendee here in BC for years now,  having hit his first Shambhala in 2004 and watching Basscoast grow to be one of the most desirable festivals in Canada. The summer of 2021 brought on the opportunity to put a set together for Under the stars festival and it ended up being his first time playing solo live. Bunny Hops (Alex Hopkins) is a Banff-based DJ and producer known for her genre-blending sets and magnetic energy behind the decks.
A devoted connoisseur of house and bass music, Bunny Hops builds each set with care and intention—whether it’s a high-energy après ski party or a late-night rave. Her sound weaves together elements of disco, funk, UKG, techno, breaks, and more, always tailored to the crowd and moment.

In addition to her performances, she’s a driving force in the Bow Valley electronic music scene. In 2024, she launched Open Decks Banff, a recurring community night spotlighting emerging talent. Her curated monthly series, With Intention, brings diverse electronic artists to Banff, building bridges between local and national scenes.

Her momentum is undeniable. In January 2025, she sold out her biggest headline show to date with 750 attendees. Just months later, her second single Feelings hit #11 on Beatport’s Breaks/Breakbeat/UK Bass chart and landed on several genre shortlists. Festival appearances include HeARTburn and The Downtown Defrost (2025), The Womp and Wicked Woods (2024), and Neon Jungle (2023), solidifying her reputation as one to watch.
