US-based producer SineRider presents his first original EP on Silk Music. Entitled "Twilight", this release features 7 new tracks, as well as a well-known remix of Shingo Nakamura.

Kicking off the release is "Together", featuring blissful melodies and subtle bassline notes in the background. Beautiful pads emerge later, the continuous variation of which renders this cut a melodic masterpiece. A soft piano line introduces "Multiply", which is later accompanied by lush synths and breathtaking melodies. A stunning breakbeat adds delicious texture later in the song. The title track, "Twilight", features stunning and dreamy rhodes melodies and subtle percussion elements in the background. Later, numerous pad layers create a hypnotizing atmosphere. In "South", an otherworldly soundscape is quickly established, which features mesmerizing pads, breathtaking melodies, and incredibly well-crafted percussion lines. "A Self Portrait" includes a unique piano lead with delicate pad lines, as well as subtle bassline notes beneath for additional texture. A beautiful piano melody introduces "To Care When No One Else Does", and fascinating pad layers emerge later. In the second half of the song, an elegant guitar line showcases new harmonies. As the last original track on this release, "In The Spring" takes off with hypnotizing piano melodies and soothing pad layers. Captivating synths and outstanding melodies are added as the song progresses. Previously featured on Silk Music in mixed form on Only Silk 03, SineRider's remix of Shingo Nakamura's "Hakodate" is now available in full length. Subtle, yet prominent bassline notes and intriguing melodies are at play in this one, as well as astonishing percussion work.

'Deep Dive' is the new EP from VOLO.

"The water theme for this EP symbolizes the subconscious and unknown. As with bodies of water, we often see the surface, but cannot easily see into the depths. The term ‘Deep Dive’ has been anachronistically popping up everywhere for me and I believe during this time on Earth we are all being asked to question everything and find the truth ‘deep’ within ourselves. 

At the time of writing these tracks, I was doing quite a deep dive myself. I felt inspired to somewhat isolate myself and do consistent meditation, breathwork, and contemplation exercises. These tracks emerged out of the abyss of that experience. I took field recordings from the Pacific ocean and local lakes in California which helped create the atmospheres of the tracks."
