Loads of new EBM and techno seems to be harking back to the golden days of 90s IDM, with the sounds of Warp, Rephlex and the Artificial Intelligence comps being incorporated as maybe a natural reaction to being stuck indoors during lockdown. I love all of that stuff so it's been right up my street, hope to hear more! Gonna do another of these with faster tracks, linking the likes of Leftfield, Aphex Twin, Speedy J to current acts. That one will be a bit more lush and summery!
