One of the standout tracks from Joey Negro’s Produced With Love album and a firm favourite of Gilles Peterson, ‘Distorting Space Time’ gets the full remix treatment.

Kicking it off Chicago legend Ron Trent takes the original funked out, Arthur Russell flavour and turns it into a deep house groover complete with a strong walking bass alongside adding a soul & richness to the elements that only he knows how.
 
Fouk bring their hazy, jazz tinged style building the remix around those warm Rhodes chords, shuffling rhythm and dynamic bassline. 

Joey Negro adds his own Space Funk remix to complete the release.

Taken from Dave Lee & Maurissa Rose’s chart-topping album ‘London / Detroit’, released earlier this year, we have the modern boogie version of Johnnie Taylor’s soul classic ‘What About My Love’, a standout track from the LP and freshly reworked from the original album cut. On remix duties, we see a meeting of giants as we are treated to two huge versions from Michael Gray who bumps the tempo and takes the source parts into HOUSE territory, priming it for the peak time & guaranteed to light a fire under the dancefloor.
