Fall 2020 - Quarantine Edition

After a re-centering trip to eastern Oregon hot springs, we got to share a birthday sound meditation with one of my neighbors close friends. Here is to embracing the light that is within us all and then let it shine bright. Feliz Cumpleaños Dana!

Yay For Magic!!!

My homage to 11/11/2020. 11:11 has been a number that has guiding me this past two years in times of transition. I saw a quote that resonates this intention with something that I am trying to re-connect with.....
"Set Magical Intentions and WelcomeOpportunity"

Whether its the magic of Monarchdipity, synchronicity, or musical entrainment, we need to connect with that magical part of ourselves that manifests change. Here is my part 'a' to the 11:11 sound meditation intention dedication.
