Building from "Next Choice", Seagull's existential examination of choices mankind faces that will determine our destiny, he moves to the x-factor of Artificial Intelligence, how it is impacting us now, and how it may impact our future as a race depending on who holds the reigns of its development and application.  It is at once both scary and promising, but we must choose "who programs the programmer".
