super job, David! descriptive and entertaining!

Lovely folk /singer-songwriter tune in the style known form the late 60s and 70s ... well made !

Good story telling David. I like that you keep it simple: you and some double tracking ,  a guitar and some percussion. Very effective coda too!  “Once more”.

Good story that you have told really well with power of music - well done.

About the Highland Clearances - that still seems relevant today.
