Daily Routine

This is the first time I’ve written a song about Christmas but in December 2022 this one came out and seeing it was the festive season I called it “Christmas Is the Best Time of the Year”. It’s kind of about growing up with my siblings in our old small family home in East Van all together with 8 kids 2 adults one dog and 1 bathroom. We didn’t have much but always had fun at Christmas Time.

This was part of a jam session back in 2012 when Ab introduced a classic organic rock tune that I never heard before named 'Oh Well'. The 3 of us learned it on the fly and played it maybe 5 times through and recorded it live 1st take just for fun.
