The music is based on a 528hz frequency, which in the esoteric terms is connected to the heart and to healing. ❤️

We used also isochronic tones, with an interval of 4hz to provide delta waves, through the mechanism of the frequency following response.

Delta waves are in connection with deep sleep, without dreams, where the highest regeneration in the body occurs.

With both 528hz and 4hz you will have a great recovering sleep. 💤💤
