I love the new Vitamin D song!! What a beautiful voice.

Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to pressure. Pressure creates change. One of the strongest minerals on earth is a diamond. It takes an immense amount of pressure for it to be created and the same goes for life. 

Many trials and tribulations will get thrown your way. Some in which will cause a lot of pressure and will make you want to give up. However, you must not let it take you out. You must stand. Stand tall and stand strong. Understand that "what allows a diamond to shine, are the multitudes of cuts that have been placed within it." These cuts may be in the form of depression, losing a loved one, failure at a job and/or substance abuse. 
See, what makes a diamond so special are those cuts placed within it. While those "cuts" may not represent the happiest times in your life, they are testimonials of who you are. They remind you of where you came from, but they don’t define where you are now.
It is your due diligence to remain in a positive light. A light that will allow you to shine for the whole world to see! I have to agree with Rihanna, "you're a shooting star I see, a vision of ecstasy...you and I, we're like diamonds in the sky."

There's beauty in EVERYTHING...you just have to recognize it.

Now go out and SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!
