Date with Yourself | Ecstatic Dance Set

Stoked to share my dance journey collab with Energy in Motion from their chakra series with this throat chakra exploration. We started off the experience with a potent vocal activation by Grace who primed the dancers before my journey. Weaving in many tracks featuring vocals, I also added a bunch of live vocal loops, encouraging dancers to co-create vocal soundscapes with me for one of the most interactive and high-vibe experiences so far. Gratitude to Patty and Sharna for holding down this epic container and all who helped raise the roof on this dance journey, and many thanks for the wonderful feedback I received after we landed back in the space.
