I always thought this song by Razab would sound amazing on a ukulele. So, after I took a class on how to play the uke, we gave it a shot.

I wrote this song when I was about 14. You can tell there's a "Don't Worry Be Happy" vibe to it. There's also an Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" vibe to it -- although that song didn't come out until much later. 
What strikes me is that 14, I was writing positive songs, rather than mopey, dark, teenage angsty stuff :)
The lyrics are super simple. If I recall correctly, it was meant to be a pep talk to myself.
The tune is super simple as well. But since I only recently learned to play the uke and the mandolin, it allowed me to use both in a song.
