Hello everyone!

I hope that you had a great summer. I’m grateful to God, to share with you a new piece of music entitled «Chagrin d'Amour.» Despite the sad evocation of the title, this track has not for the purpose to evoque a dead-end issue regarding love. It’s rather the opposite. 

I wanted to express — in a sort of musical prayer — the suffering of two lovers, profoundly longing for each other, who cannot be yet together. The main motif represents the prayer and the chagrin of love, it also represent the male voice. The harpeggio following and evolving represents its intensity.

The counter-melody which you can hear in the women’s voices at 1:36 represents the woman's response - illustrating the reciprocity of her feelings for the man, in joining the prayer to God.The violins and the horn symbolize the spirit of God which transcends their mutual love, making it deeper and nobler.

Hello everyone, (sorry for the long post)

First of all, I hope that you are all safe and fine. I’m grateful to share with you a new piece of work called «By The Blood of Our King».

A couple of months ago, my friend Kai Rathsack asked me to write a second orchestration for his label «Epic Music World.» I tried my best to honor our friendship through it. 

Kai has been good to me since we met. He always encouraged me - not only in my musical path, but my personal one as well. Aware of the indie composer sphere, he constantly works to help us all. Kai, again, love you from the bottom of my heart brother. Thank you for everything, since day one. 

Regarding the backstory of the track, it all started in the middle of my studies of the greek empire, particularly the rise of «Alexander The Great».

I’ve been amazed to discover his vision of things, his incredibly fast and disciplined army - moreover his conquest of the antique world in circa 10 years, from his 20’s to his 30’s. Tragically, he died very young, at 32. 

Alexander was the absolute leitmotiv of his army, without him, despite their own strength, the army could not have accomplished all of what they achieved. However, proper to every human empire, wars, deaths, sufferings were intrinsically involved. 

Then I made a connection with another conqueror, the person of Christ who was a young man when he offered his life. He was circa 33. He conquered the world as well - not only horizontally, but vertically in conquering death itself by His Resurrection.

By loving, healing, forgiving, saving human beings and being killed, for them, he changed the face of our world.  

This track, is a very humble contribution to His Majesty and intense Beauty. I personally owe Him everything I have. 

Sorry it was messy, but you got the idea behind the track.
