Nominated at the 2015 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and celebrated by The Telegraph as “one of Britain’s top folk musicians” Ange Hardy has grabbed the attention of the traditional folk music world by writing new material and embracing modern technologies whilst maintaining a traditional feel.

Alongside a staggering list of other accolades Ange was awarded FATEA Magazine’s “Female Vocalist of the Year” in 2013, “Album of the Year” in 2014 and “The Tradition Award” in 2015.

As a solo artist Ange performs with a 27-string Salvi Harp, three different guitars, a variety of low whistles, a bodhrán drum, a tambourine, and an Indian shruti box. Combined with her innovative and subtle use of live looping to build layers up vocal harmonies she’s one of the most diverse solo-artists you're likely to encounter.

In 2016 Ange is touring as a duo with Lukas Drinkwater who brings double bass, backing vocals, another guitar and a bold new dynamic to the stage.

Consummate musicians and storytellers, Kim & Reggie Harris are a mini festival of diversity. Combining traditional African-American spirituals and freedom songs with original folk acoustic folk, they sing of life, love, freedom and justice as well as environmental and community issues. Their latest CD, “Resurrection Day,” binds these themes into a profoundly moving personal odyssey of inspiration and hope, adding Reggie’s experience as an organ donor recipient to the social justice and life transformation palette.

Following a life-long desire to sing and perform, Debra Cowan left her job as a California middle school math teacher in 1997 and went to live in Edinburgh, Scotland for six months. There she learned the art of un-accompanied singing and upon her return to the USA in 1998 began traveling all over New England performing at any open mike within 100 miles of her new home in Springfield, Massachusetts. Almost twenty years later, she is now a full-time performer who bridges the old and new with a refreshing stage presence. She has released five full-length recordings, all of which have earned praise on both sides of the Atlantic. She tours extensively in the United Kingdom and in North America and can also be seen on stage with her good friend, singer and musician John Roberts. Debra is a proud member of American Federation of Musicians Local 1000 and endorses Harvey Leach guitars. Between travels, she makes her home near Worcester, Massachusetts with her husband and their cats, Hazel and Haku.

I am a professional guitarist, singer and writer.  I have played on over 20 commercially released albums down the years (including my own!) and have played sessions for some well-known people from the world of acoustic music. I tour folk clubs and small venues as a solo acoustic guitar/vocal act around the UK and Europe about 3 times a year. I am also a community guitar teacher/mentor in Cambridgeshire, as well as running guitar workshops across the whole UK. Many of the tracks on here are commercially unavailable - including outtakes from some album sessions - so enjoy them for free while you can!

My name is Carl Suiter, I am a singer songwriter from  Connecticut.
Most of the stuff I write comes from personal experiences or stories others have told me.

My writing is in the more traditional style of country music It is the music I grew up with Hank, Cash, Waylon 
Reeves the legends of country music and the style kinda stuck to me . I do play publically but as of late I have been staying home more and playing for my wife Linny and 
my dog Elvis. I'm currently working on my first cd offering a 15 song journey of my Redneck Ramblings titled 
Songs For the People.. all of which you can find here on soundcloud in the rough home recording stage. I expect my finished cd will be available 
sometime around August 2013... I just want to say how amazed and honored at the comments I have received here in response to my music.
So many extremely talented artists leave so many excellent comments and encourage me so much. You all have no idea how much this means to me
