In this episode of Cultivating Culture we're talking with Nicole Jones on ways to promote and change a work culture. Nicole mentions that work place culture is behavior and that in order to change behavior we need to change the enviornment. This can be done through setting expectation of employees in specific areas of the office, modeling desired behaviors from leadership, ensuring staff have input within their office, and creating positive interactions amongst employees within the office. Nicole has also provided a wealth of information for the audience to review as well.

Ep 6 Values Talk

Supportive Leadership is a unique style of leadership that fosters several areas of a workplace Culture. On this episodes of Cultivating Culture Kathleen and Hope discuss collaboration and its importance within the office. The mention the importance of creating an environment of collaboration that take into account how others think and act. Several tools are mentioned which include Myers Briggs, DISC, Clifton strengths, and social styles highlighted by the DMH Way. Social styles include analytical, driver, amiable, and expressive.
