Izmatik is an experimental, progressive metal band with influences ranging from thrash metal to jazz fusion. Izmatik is the brainchild of bassist Jeff Curry, based in Tokyo, Japan. Songs range from epic, dynamic anthems to short thrash pieces. The lyrical content is usually about a dystopian future, the empowerment of the individual, or more abstract concepts. Izmatik released a four-song EP entitled “Volt Vein” in 2020 and a full-length album entitled “Mystery Step” in October 2022. The band is currently playing shows, creating content, and getting plays on playlists and radio in support of their new release. Izmatik will be releasing a series of singles in 2023, followed by another full-length album.

Deanmoore is a Dutch progressive rock band from Lichtenvoorde, The Netherlands consisting of Nils Wiegerinck (vocals, guitar), Harmen Stortelder (bass) and Roel Stoltenborg (drums). The music is characterized by great dynamics, heavy guitars, quieter passages and tempo changes.

After the band was formed in 2007, and released the EP "When Everything Seems Familiar" in 2009. This was their first attempt to do everything themselves, be self-sufficient.

In the next two years the band released the EPs "The Storm Is Over" and "Caught In The Moment" which got airplay on national radio including 3FM, KINK and Radio 538.

In 2012 things had to be figure out, due to different circumstances. In October of 2013 the band announced their comeback as a three piece and had evolved, matured and grown and this would reflect in their more progressive sound. 

In 2015, their fourth EP "Illusions" was released, mixed and mastered by Jochem Jacobs (Split Second Sound, former guitarist Textures), the sound was raw, energetic and more complex than any of their previous work. 

The band went back into the studio to start working on new material and became quite comfortable in studio and didn't feel the need to play live. Rumors started to spread that the band was dead and no longer active, but nothing could be further from the truth.

In April of 2020 the band announced their first of two upcoming singles titled: "Cannot Run / Cannot Hide" which is scheduled to be released on May 1st, 2020.

My music blends post-rock, electronica, and hip-hop.
But above all, I truly love jazz.

Die progressive Alternativerockband PORTER aus Deutschland ist schon eine ganze Weile dabei und vermischt die unterschiedlichen Vorlieben der einzelnen Bandmitglieder für Metal und Punk, Indie und Singer Songwriter, Hardcore und Alternative zu einer gänzlich eigenen Melange, die den stilistisch im energetischen, gitarrenbetonten Alternativerock der 90er wurzelnden Sound, dank progressiver Elemente und einer satten Produktion in die Jetztzeit holt.

„Genosha“, das lange angekündigte dritte Album der Alternativerockband PORTER aus dem Ruhrgebiet, befindet sich auf der Zielgeraden und markiert einen Neustart der Band mit einer deutlich Metal lastigeren Ausrichtung . Am 10.11.2023 erschien die erste Singleauskopplung „Taxfree Hollows“ auf allen gängigen Streaming-Portalen (Spotify) und zeigte deutlich, wo es von nun lang geht. Gleichzeitig zur Single veröffentlichte die Band das Video zu „Taxfree Hollows“ auf dem YouTube-Kanal der Band @porteralternativerock. Am 22. Dezember 2023 folgte die zweite Single „Behind The Banlieue“. 

Die Songs zeigen die musikalische Ausrichtung der neuen Porter und des kommenden Album. Druckvolle Gitarrenriffs, mehrstimmige Leads, ein pumpender Bass und treibende Drums setzen der inhaltlichen Dringlichkeit das musikalische Pendent entgegen. Über all dem entspannt der neue Sänger Raimund seine charismatischen Melodiebögen und sorgt für nachhallende Momente. PORTER, inzwischen als Sextett unterwegs, klingen in ihrer 2023er Inkarnation so sehr nach sich selbst wie noch nie. Was nicht zuletzt daran liegt, dass inzwischen der gesamte Produktionsprozess, Arrangements und Sounds in den Händen der Band liegen.
