Here at Subverse we believe strongly in the healing powers of bass. We've found a significant correlation between listening to this dinger by Anti_Negative and complete harmonic attunement with sacred waters located off the south coast of Easter Island (R^2 > .95!). How Anti did this is beyond us, but we're happy to be kicking off our 6th project with a bang. Anti's track is dark, sensual, and, dare we say it, punishing. Little is known about the bass-slaying demon known as @anti-negative, except that he is most certainly coming for your soul (but will probably be your friend if you ask nicely). Stay tuned for more singles this summer, we're going all in.

An original character piece composed for four percussionists and performed by the Fenwick High School Percussion Ensemble 2. I've always enjoyed tales of street urchins forced into a life of crime in order to survive. Tales like Oliver Twist and Ender's Shadow really emphasize the gray line of morality which often leads to paradoxical judgements by society. This piece follows a young pickpocket as he steals a wallet, evades the law, but is eventually caught in his hubris. I hope you enjoy!
