After the climate and political catastrophe that Valencia has endured, with a severe storm affecting over 800,000 people, the community has come together to lift the future of Valencia out of the mud. From day one, Gordo Trax has sought to help by bringing together producers of all kinds in a series of charity V.A. releases aimed at supporting local neighbourhood associations, animal welfare organisations, associations for people with special needs, and providing essential goods. "Germanor" is the Valencian word for "brotherhood," and in this second release, we unite international artists like Blawan & Wallis, Oscar Mulero, Lewis Fautzi, Nørbak, Peder Mannerfelt, Cora Novoa, and many others who have selflessly pitched in during such a difficult time for the city.

Featuring appearances by artists such as Stanislav Tolkachev, Cristian Varela, Dave Tarrida, PWCCA, and Joton, H. Paul's label Induxtriall, situated in Spain, has been putting out high-quality techno for more than ten years.

Byron Alvarado is a Costa Rican-based DJ, producer, and promoter who's somewhat of a local hero in the capital's bubbling scene. A Music Producer graduate who will be releasing on Ellen Allien's BPitch to now H. Paul's Induxtriall, he holds residencies in key clubs in the city playing alongside Héctor Oaks, Fiedel, and Nastia, amongst others.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Power of Retention" with a soaring and purist sound. Bleeping tones lay a driving foundation around skipping hats and a raw, analogue rhythm with huge bass swells and well-timed mechnical effects.
