The new Italian label Substrato is making good ground in a short period. Created by Alessandro Stefanio also known as Buck, it specialises in mellow, ambient and atmospheric Techno. Having already featured Edit Select on remix duty on the first release, fans of artists like Svreca and Conforce would also enjoy the stellar sounds.

The third EP titled An Extraordinary Day On The Exoplanet comes from highly regarded artist and recent DTMIX132 guest Dorian Gray, who has releases under his belt for Illegal Alien, Circular Limited, Android Muziq and [webuildmachines] amongst many others.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the second original track called “A Winking Light In The Dark” for its inspiring use of layer textures and a mesmerising melody that will appeal to those who like more introspective and spaced out dancefloor rhythms.
