Swedish Techno star Joel Mull makes a long awaited return to the magical Kanzleramt since his first contribution back in 2006. A highly respected label with many of the world’s leading artists in the back catalogue, it has pushed a distinguished sound that combines an electronic soul with effective and club ready tracks.

The label boss himself Heiko Laux completes this heavyweight collaboration EP called Rooter.

The DT:Premiere we selected is the third track called “Stringer Bell” that to no surprise is a slice of audio perfection. A moody groove is the life blood, made up of stabbing synths creating a marching flow that organically expand and raise the tension. The lead bell tone adds a constant sense of hypnotic wonder and poignant character to the equation. Subtle and powerful at the same time, you can imagine the impact when deployed in the right space.
