The Portuguese leader Re:Axis lines up the latest EP for his Monocline label with another fine collection of tracks, this time from Italian artist MTD who returns following appearances on the likes of Animal Farm, Affekt, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, and his own Sonntag Morgen as well as new project Methodical.

Sinapsi EP includes two original tracks from MTD that have a stripped back sound with modular style hooks, but for this DT:Premiere we selected the remix of “Prediction” that has an injection of funk from a rolling bassline and infectious analogue groove that moves in all the right places delivering an astounding experience.

Source Code aka Janni is a DJ and Producer based in Stuttgart. His passion for techno started in 2017 when he joined the rave scene and got more and more interested in the game. In 2018, it became clear to him that he wants to stand behind the decks himself so he started DJing. Since then his musical taste has evolved to emotional warehouse beats and heavy acid basslines. 
The style of his music taste is also the perfect description for his productions he‘s working at since 2020.

Jester is a young DJ and producer from Freiburg im Breisgau. In the course of his life he developed more and more interest in the music genre techno, especially for the dark and hypnotic facet.
At the age of 20, demo submissions gave him an gig in his favorite club, the Hans-Bunte-Areal. He was able to convince there with his driving sound and managed to make more gigs and even a residency at the event series Techno Bunker Freiburg, which takes place exclusively in the Hans-Bunte-Areal.

DJ from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Started DJ’ing in 2019 after a trip to Ibiza inspired him. D-PAR was brought up on the sounds of 90’s/2000’s trance. Started listening to techno when he was old enough to go clubbing starting off with the more mainstream sounds of drumcode. After a trip to Berlin in 2019 his eyes were truly opened to proper techno and he delved deeper into the more underground harsh sounds of hard techno and industrial.

His style is characterized by creating atmospheres with energetic rhythms and dark and industrial melodies, oscillating between different subgenres of Techno (raw, dark, acid, rave, industrial, hardcore, hard). He has performed in various clubs in the Undergound scene in his country, sharing the booth with various national and international artists. He is currently developing his role as a music producer, focusing on the search for industrial sounds guided by deep melodies with a Renaissance and occult touch, always predominating the power of percussion and aggressive sounds. He has released on labels such as Pure Hate0000 and Desorden Kollective.
