Teksupport Records is a New York based imprint ran by Kareem Cali that has already released music by Markus Suckut, Andre Kronert, Mike Dehnert, Steve Parker and Roberto Clementi amongst others.

The new release comes from Mink, an exciting new American producer who recently appeared on a VA for On Edge Society and now steps out with a full EP with three original works.

Supplying the remix is P.Leone the head of E-Missions imprint from Brooklyn and who now lives in Berlin. His music has been released on Radio Slave's Rekids, Ellen Allien's BPitch and Spencer Parker's Work Them, as well as collaborating with Dustin Zahn for example.

"Trip" kicks things off with a rolling drum beat and tribal influences full of tension and raw techno flavour of subtle tweaks and atmospherics.

P.Leone's remix goes straight for a stern kick and warping bass hits using elements from the original to create delayed textures soft bell notes hidden in the layers for those who love details. An intricate break of sound experimentation sets up the propulsion of the latter half and its moody dance floor vibe.

Track three "Warp" steps down into a slower paced ride focusing on a funky rhythm and spaced out sounds that add a blanket of electrified pulses and an interesting use of acid tones.

"Clone" closes out the EP with a deep dive into an acid-based analogue aesthetic that's a perfect example of maximising restraint and crescendo to make a thumping, club ready jam.

Belgian techno producer and DJ Antony Doria closes out the week with this exclusive Guest Mix.

Influenced by iconic Belgian club Fuse, Antony Doria started to mix records together by observing Dave Clarke and Pierre, the residents of the club, that he begins to acquire a good mix technique. 

With new releases coming up and collabs with Decoy, Coincidence Records , Subsist, Dynamic Reflection and Variance, it is clear that Antony Doria's stay in the techno world is not only well deserved but one that will stand the test of time.

Reset Robot lines up a new EP on his own Whistleblower imprint titled Atomic Concept that spans six original tracks.

Once again he shows his production prowess with clear cut ideas ranging from epic acid, to stripped back dark funk. Always surprising and creative, his unique interpretations of techno are forever impressive and forward thinking that has lead to music released on Josh Wink's Ovum and Sven Väth's Cocoon amongst many others.

For this DT:Premiere we selected “Flying to the Top of Dorian’s Mountain” that is a compelling lesson in experimentation. A rolling rhythm advances forward underneath a loose string arrangement that seemingly floats freely with contrasting modular glitches and buzzing intensity.

Het DJ en productieproject van Tom Tonnard en Frankie Decicco mag de spits afbijten. Ze begonnen hun samenwerking vanuit een gedeelde visie. Muziek moet een verhaal vertellen en je emotioneel naar een andere plaats in de tijd brengen, net als een droom. EPM Music are based in the UK and have an impressive list of artists in their roster including Robert Hood aka Floorplan, Mark Broom, Truncate, Paul Mac, Dan Curtin, James Ruskin and many more.

Bryan Chapman is from Southern England and runs the Monotony imprint while also appearing on quality labels like Dustin Zahn’s Enemy Records, Ricardo Garduno’s Illegal Alien and Cari Lekebusch’s H-Productions as he introduces his new EP Ròta that draws its title from Norse mythology.

For this DT:Premiere we selected “Kofan” that has a menacing feel straight out the gate. Edgy and hypnotic stabs create the abstract hook surrounded by other layers and fine touches of sound that keep it driving forward. The powerful track later adds more bleeping tones to the unrelenting style it beholds, and being one that seasoned techno heads will happily get lost in its mechanical aesthetic.

It is our pleasure to welcome @animal-farm label boss and @soma A&R Quail to the Global Vibe Radio family, for what is now the 252nd edition of our weekly mix series.

Glasgow born and bred, Quail has been the driving force behind one of Scotland’s most well known and revered underground Techno events and labels, Animal Farm. 

Operating out of the famous basement of the Sub Club, Animal Farm has been at the forefront of the techno scene for 16 years. Hosting some of the biggest names in Techno to the best up and comers and always supporting local talent, Animal Farm has strived to push the boundaries of dance floor based, electronic music. Most recently Quail has teamed up with fellow Animal Farm resident AISHA, forming a production duo that will soon see their 3rd release on the mighty Soma Records with already more in the pipeline.

Quail fuses a ferocious blend of hard-hitting Techno into every DJ set and having focussed more on production in the last few years, is steadily building his sound that encompasses various disciplines. His day job at Soma Records has allowed him to build up many years of experience, deep within the electronic music scene where he has developed as a label owner himself and competent A&R for both Animal Farm Records and Soma.
