We are delighted to present to you the very first Vinyl release of an in-house discovery, Rethe debut. It’s a breeze of fresh air of dynamics and Ideas, his debut shows how techno can be technical and functional, but at the same time impactful and filled with emotions. Petals contains 6 tracks, making this a mini LP, but we want to call this a full-length work engineered for DJs, each cut is studied to the core and created to be as functional as possible yet emotional. The excellent Spanish based label @DustREC are an offshoot of Getting Projects booking agency, which helps support artists on their roster. Looking at their 8th release due soon they have featured artists like Kwartz, Hector Oaks and H. Paul for example.

Friend of DT, South Korean @Soolee makes his debut with his EP titled Cinder. Contributions also arrive from one to watch @JosePouj and the very interesting duo called @Agnosiamusic.

“Surge” is an atmospheric breather, that swirls from the bottom up. Beginning like a dormant tornado getting ready to spin again, the tension slowly rises by way of some screeching chords and pinging bells all the while the beat remains punchy, deep and exciting as it progresses. Breaking out into more melody parts this is a perfect storm that can be used as a secret weapon for various points of a set.
