Fairies dance a round dance
sky-blue in the summer forest.
Bees hum songs to it.
Listen, look, how it sparkles, echoes!

And the beetles play the violins,
soft, delicate melodies.
Butterflies fluttering show
how they draw their circles.

Above all the sun dances
shining brightly in the play of lights.
Dancers dance between the green leaves
cheerful and graceful.

Little fairy skirts you see dancing
you see dancing everywhere here.
All around in the summer dance
everything turns, shimmers, flows.

Elfen tanzen einen Reigen
himmelblau im Sommerwald.
Bienen summen dazu Lieder.
Lausche, schau, wie’s funkelt, hallt!

Und die Käfer spieln die Geigen,
leise, zart die Melodien.
Schmetterlinge flatternd zeigen,
wie sie ihre Kreise ziehn.

Über allem tanzt die Sonne
strahlend hell im Lichterspiel.
Zwischen Blattgrün tänzeln Tänzer
heiter, fröhlich und grazil.

Elfenröckchen sind es, die du
überall hier tanzen siehst.
Rundherum im Sommertanze
alles dreht sich, schimmert, fließt.

Magst du gerne wie die Elfen
in der Sonne fröhlich sein?
Schließ dir Augen! Lausch den Liedern!

Dancing Elves (Elfentanz)

It's taken me a while to finish this song - it's  about struggling on... up the mountain and, o.... there’s another mountain – where did that come from? 
 I’m so thankful to Patrick who played some synth and guitar tracks for this song – listen out for his awesome guitar playing which allowed me to  expand the song into new realms of emma-sonic-chaos!  Thanks so much Patrick! ! https://soundcloud.com/ghostlybeard
It has taken me a while to mix this song up – some new challenges here...  I’ve called it a ‘rock’ song, really just because I can... 

Carried My Stone...

A partial eclipse, not quite everything blotted out, but quietly survivable. Pensive and gentle.

When https://soundcloud.com/dneye asked me for a track to play his fantastic guitars on, I brainstormed this 5/4 piece with odd chord set in order to make it difficult to him and thus get the best from his skills. After programming it, I added some organic solos (yep I played keys) to make it seem more friendly ;))))

And he... succeeded in the challenge, overcoming all my expectations !!!

I have again the immense pleasure of presenting you a piece by Jean-Pierre Dubois (JiPé) which was composed by him back in 1985 when he was 38 years old....he had the kindness of sharing this composition with me which is more in a style of the Romantic era....

You Thought That Was The End

Best described as eclectic, my style is a soothing mix mirroring my personality: mostly mellow with the occasional outburst. Although I have a background in classical piano I have always loved to create and improvise.  Since early childhood I have been trying to duplicate on the piano what I hear in my head.  Now I see how formal studies and improvisation fit together perfectly. I hope to always keep growing and learning, reflecting the beauty of Christ in all my endeavors. Thank you for your kind listening.
