To Finish off the year and the Berliner Project here is the isolated Strings and Horns from Techno Osti Baby. This project has been an interesting one. I was disappointed the Soundcloud distribution process failed to work properly and that their system doesn't
appear to have any human interaction to solve issues. But maybe they can get it right next time.

So most of this Album was compiled in 2022 of tracks I had recorded over the last 10 years, However in January of this year under pressure from my family I went for and Audiology Test, only to discover that I have been partially deaf since birth. So, using my new digital hearing system I have remixed and remastered the existing tracks along with some additional numbers. I would be most interested in reading what people think of the difference between to old mix and this one.

Back in 2012 I reintroduced myself to digital recording after 14 year absence when I focused on my visual art studies and creation.

The first Album I created post my sabbatical was 
'Dancing in the Kitchen with Rosie' our small dog at the time.

Circumnavigation II was a track from that Album produced at the time on Apple's Garageband Studio Application. I rediscovered it recently and decided an upgrade was over due.

So remastered in Logic Pro with surround sound and featuring virtual strings from Spitfire Audio's Recordings of the BBC Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, we here present ' Circumnavigation II 2024'.  Get Dancing Folks!

Declan Mulligan is both a Audio & Visual Artist. He played Bass & Keyboards for over 40 years on a professional and semi-professional basis with various Rock Bands in Dublin, Ireland where he also co-produced a large volume of work. 

He went back to college in 2000 to study Fine Art & Design. Graduating with an Honours BFA, he then went on to study Digital Media at Masters Level. 

He lives in a small costal area south of Dublin City with his wife Louise and child Phoenix.
