A year ago I was approached by Jamison Harvey from Flea Market Funk and asked to do a mix for them. I've always had a lot of respect for what they do, and always enjoyed listening to their mixes as well. I also wanted to somehow include my Butta Brother Skeme Richards. So we got together, and came up with an idea. I would do a mix, and Skeme would dub dialog from his massive VHS collection and lay it on top. Kind of a soundtrack for a movie that never happened. So, that's what we did! With that said, we present to you "Cops Crooks and Spies". Thank you everyone for your support! Peace.

A question once asked across the dancefloors of many a rave throughout 1993 / 1994 was: “Are you really ready for some blood clot jungle techno?”

Well here we have some of the finest examples of that sound as a treat for the DnB heads (whether you were there or not)! Kicking off the proceedings with Tango & Ratty’s classic “Final Conflict” I selected some of the ruffest and tuffest sounds from this era… Top Buzz, DOPE, Whitehouse Crew, DJ Mayhem, FBD Project, Lemon D - just to name but a few of the artists played here. We end the selection with Pascal & Sponge’s “Raw Basics”. 
The mix was recorded fully live and raw on Serato around five years ago. Hope you enjoy it and as always, let me know if you need a tracklist or anything identified played here…

I got into producing tunes back in 2004, after finally getting some kit together.
I always add an element of Oldskool flavour to my mixes, just so you know that I know where all this originated!
