DER048 sees the infamous Sossa make his long awaited return to the label, this time delivering three original tracks that take you on a ride through shimmering soundscapes, sunset vibes and of course terrace-ready grooves. Sossa maintains his residency at Ibizan staple DC10 and continues to tour the world with the crazy circus all year round. Sossa’s new label Garbant Wave continues to impress with lots of original productions getting airtime and top remixes courtesy of Subb-an & Quenun doing the business. Sossa’s track “Consumer W***” recently featured on My favourite Robots' crossing wires series mixed & compiled by DC legend Timo Mass gaining massive applause all round.
On Remix Duties we're delighted to bring in one of our favourite artists right now, London’s very own Ashworth, playing DJ sets all over London including London’s clubbing institute Fabric and plenty of European gigs flooding in. Ashworth is going places and we're yet to mention his top quality productions on labels like Holic Traxx, NeedWant & Baasaal. Ashworth keeps within the soundscape style of the original but with plenty of analogue goodness and a great groove that sets the mix off beautifully for the floor!
To round off the package, Martijn throws in a dubbed out take of Arconada toughening up the beats and adding some Roland flare.
