Nico Tober nimmt euch heute mit auf einen Tauchgang. Erlebt zusammen mit dem Hildesheimer eine aufregende Unterwasserwelt voller berauschender Klänge. Harmonisch und kunterbunt geht es hier zu, wie bei einem Korallenriff. Man kann sich treiben lassen und sich ganz dem Zauber des Moments ergeben. Die Melodien tragen euch das Riff entlang und fließen spielend ineinander über. Vorbei am Getümmel der Fischschwärme und der Farbenpracht der Korallen  geht es langsam Richtung offene See.  
Das Meer wird rauer. Die Beats schlagen hier kräftiger, wie Wellen die gegen ein Schiff prallen. Starke Strömungen treiben euch durch das Wasser und der Adrenalin-Pegel steigt. Es zieht euch immer tiefer hinab ins Dunkle. Ohne Tageslicht müsst ihr euch jetzt auf euer Gehör verlassen und lauscht noch konzentrierter auf das, was Nico euch mit seiner Musik erzählen möchte. Es ist aufwühlend und versetzt in Ekstase. Seine Geschichte hat euch jetzt ganz in ihren Bann gezogen und gibt euch erst am Ende des Sets beim Auftauchen wieder frei.

Dieses Mal nehmen wir euch mit in eine Geisterstadt. Verlassen ist jedes Haus und die Natur holt sich ihren Platz zurück. Geräusche sind selten zu vernehmen und das Gefühl der Einsamkeit schleicht langsam in die Körperzellen. Unser heutiger Act LieblingSstück hat sich Gedanken dazu gemacht, welche Musik zu so einem Ort passen könnte und Simon liefert die passenden Worte. Gemeinsam kreieren sie eine deep story, die einen perfekt durch die ruhigen Momente des Lebens begleitet. 

Wenn ich morgens aufstehe, riecht es schon nach dieser Mischung aus Düften, die es nur im Mittelmeerraum gibt. Noch immer weiß ich nicht genau, was es ist, obwohl ich schon oft darüber nachgedacht habe. Minze? Thymian? Oregano? Ich weiß es nicht, schön ist es trotzdem. Egal, ob man in Griechenland, Italien oder Frankreich ist, es riecht so. Und hier an der Makarska Riviera im Dorf Podaca auch. Podaca liegt direkt am Meer. Viel gibt es hier nicht. Zwei kleine Supermärkte, von denen einer stets geschlossen ist. Ein oder zwei Restaurants und einen gemütlichen Strand.
Zwischen den Büschen und den Steinen an den Hängen sind die zerbröckelnden Mauern einer Geisterstadt zu sehen. Das alte Podaca lag weit über dem modernen Ort. Heute ist es völlig verlassen. Ich freue mich auf den gruseligen Spaziergang hinauf zu den alten Ruinen. Vor Gespenstern habe ich keine Angst. Die schlimmen Sachen machen die lebenden Menschen. 
Es ist heiß. Schon nach den ersten Metern schwitze ich. Die Sonne brennt herunter und die Luft über dem Meer flimmert dem Horizont entgegen. Ich lasse die letzten Häuser von Podaca hinter mir. An einem Friedhof vorbei geht die schmale Straße in Serpentinen auf die Geisterstadt zu. Dann erreiche ich die ersten verlassenen Häuser der Geisterstadt.
Vorbei geht es an einem alten Wachturm. Der Blick über das neue Podaca und die Adria entlang der Makarska Riviera ist toll. Kein Geräusch ist zu hören und ich gehe die paar Meter ins Zentrum der kleinen Geisterstadt. Einen weiteren Friedhof und eine Kirche mit einem weißen Turm finde ich. Ein guter Platz zum Totsein. Die Gräber liegen direkt am Rande, bevor es steil hinab in die Tiefe geht. Zwischen den Bäumen steht ein Esel. Er freut sich, als ich zu ihm gehe und ihm Gras gebe. Vielleicht ist es langweilig hier oben ohne andere Esel.

ABOUT DAI MONTEIRO:

Born in Brasilia, Brazil, Dai Monteiro is passionate about music. From an early age, she learned to absorb different influences. The curiosity for exploring new forms of sounds brought her to electronic music. In 2015, her love for electronic music made her the winner of the first contest of DJs promoted by the most traditional electronic music event in the city: 5uinto. Since then, she has been dedicated to learning and sharing her knowledge. Her research is based especially on the big variety that different styles like techno can offer. Her style is defined mostly by bases that evoke elements as well as dense and inviting vocals. Besides playing, Dai Monteiro is also a contributor to specialized sites about music and nightlife. In 2017, she has been working hard to release her first EP.

Der Spieltrieb ist verwandt mit der Lust, die gegenwärtige Realität zu vergessen und sich in erfundene Welten hineinzuversetzen. Wobei vor allem virtuelle Spiele eine große Faszination ausüben, da gerade Bilder ein mächtiges Instrument sind, um uns in Fantasiewelten zu entführen. Illusion und Virtualität haben die Menschen schon in ihren Bann gezogen, längst bevor wir die technischen Möglichkeiten dazu hatten. Das beweist ein simpler Trick den Johann von Kempelen 1770 angewandt hat. Er hat einen Menschen in einer Box unter einem Schachbrett versteckt, der Dank einfacher Mechanik die Figuren auf dem Spielfeld bewegt hat. Die Schachspielmaschine sorgte für großes Aufsehen und gab einen kleinen Vorgeschmack darauf, was die Spielwelt in Zukunft noch bereithalten sollte.
Es dauerte allerdings noch ein paar Jahre bis die ersten Ataris, Segas, Nintendos oder Playstations unsere Wohnzimmer eroberten. Heutzutage gehören sie wie selbstverständlich zu unserer Kultur und prägen unsere Kindheitserinnerungen. Videospielcharaktere sind die neuen Superhelden und erfüllen uns mit nostalgischen Emotionen. Oder gibt es jemanden bei dem Super Mario, Pikachu, Link, Tomb Raider und CO keine lebhaften Erinnerungen hervorrufen? Beispielwiese sollte der Begriff „Missingno“ bei vielen von euch eine Kettenreaktion im Kopf auflösen, die euch über Minuten mit Bildern und Gefühlen fesseln sollte ;) 
Die Jungs von Schallfeld haben ihrem Spieltrieb für uns nochmal freien Lauf gelassen und entführen euch in euer altes Kinderzimmer. Erlebt mit ihrer deep story nochmal die Zeit der Sitzsäcke, Röhrenfernseher und der alten Spielekonsolen. Ihr Set ist perfekt dafür geeignet sich nochmal für Stunden in fremden Welten zu verlieren.

BIO: LEX GREEN was born and raised in Munich (DE) and currently resides in Switzerland for some years. His first encounter with electronic music was in the 90’s, but that was just the beginning of a bigger journey without ending.
It is due to his first visit on the Spanish island of Ibiza in 1999, where he was so overwhelmed by the whole electronic music scene with its nightlife and its unique atmosphere, this was his inspiration then and it is still inspiring him today. This Lifestyle and his unbroken love for Electronic Music is, what he wants to represent within his mixes and Tracks.
Some of his references include clubs and bars, such as: Angels World (Madrid, ES), Kaufleuten (Zurich, CH), Beptun Bar (Bregenz, AT), Jacaranda Beach Lounge (Ibiza, ES), Die Blechnerei (Constance, DE) & Brigantinus (Constance, DE). Besides of his live sets/performances Lex has also released tracks on Beatport and on the following labels: Expactancy Records, Ole Music, Waldliebefamilien, Red Drum Music, Elrow Music, Frequenza Records & Mushroom Smile Records.

Beach Podcast Goes Deep 25 Mixed by Lex Green

Im Jahre 1905 veröffentlichte Albert Einstein eine Theorie, die das bis dahin gültige Weltbild völlig auf den Kopf stellte. Er hatte entdeckt, dass die Zeit langsamer fließen und der Raum schrumpfen kann. Damit öffnete er uns das Tor in eine fremde, rätselhafte Welt. Jenseits unserer Wahrnehmung, scheinbar unerreichbar und doch zum greifen nah.

Unser Captain Illy Noize will euch diese Welt der verzerrten Wahrnehmung zeigen. Mit Lichtgeschwindigkeit, der einzigen Konstante im Weltraum, geht es durch die verwirrenden Theorien um Gravitation und Relativität. Dabei spielt die Anziehungskraft eine große Rolle. Albert Einstein hat probiert zu erklären, warum im Weltall sich Dinge aufeinander zu bewegen, obwohl dort doch Schwerelosigkeit herrscht. Wenn im All alles frei durch die Luft schwebt, wieso gibt es in diesem Chaos Regelmäßigkeiten. Dafür verantwortlich sind unglaubliche Dinge, die Einstein als „Krümmung der Raumzeit“ bezeichnet. 

Wir versuchen das Ganze mal am Set von Illy Noize zu veranschaulichen. Sein grandioses Set verzaubert uns und bekommt damit Gewicht in unserem Leben. Das verändert Raum und Zeit um uns herum. Die Zeit vergeht schneller und ist somit relativ und der Raum, in dem sich unsere Probleme befinden, schrumpft. Wir sind top gelaunt und laufen mit einem breiten Grinsen durch die Gegend. Das wiederum wirkt anziehend auf andere Lebewesen. Somit hat die Musik von Illy die Raumzeit gekrümmt und bewirkt, dass sich zwei Sachen anziehen.

Deep Stories is a collective of DJ/producers, writers and photographers with a passion for storytelling in all possible ways. In their universe, sounds, words and images form a complementary unity, so that the audience can absorb all these different sensations at the same time. With this unprecedented vision in mind, DJ’s The Doubljuh and Kork founded the Deep Stories podcast series in 2016, which was enthusiastically received by a rapidly growing community. By amalgamating different lifestyle areas (literature, photography, music) many people quickly became enthused by this innovative project and within a year the Deep stories Soundcloud channel reached the mark of 10K followers before smashing the 20K milestone the following year. Driven by the enormous positive feedback, the team has expanded and founded its own music blog.
