March '20 - our dancefloors shut, the rave stops. Today, more than a year later, we're still waiting for our favorite clubs to reopen their doors and our favorite festival to enchant us yet another time. We all miss our chance to gather in warm crowds, share a smile with a stranger and shake off the burdens of everyday life on the dance floor. It's a challenging time for the scene, mentally and physically. But lo and behold, sooner or later, social isolation will come to an end and there will be a REVIVAL.

After months of planning & scheming, we're hyper-excited to present our very first label release - a 10 track compilation to revive our dancefloors after their dormancy. The full compilation will be released throughout summer ’21.

Ilu & Aaye, aka Pascale Voltaire and Boy Next Door, join us for the fourth REVIVAL single with a fluffy and flowy summer tune with an organic feel called ‚Not Alone‘. Since their very first releases, the duo’s unique and mature sound has caught our attention and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them on the label. Grooving along like a warm July day, the track’s smooth drum arrangement and light synths transmit a feeling of ease and joy, making the track the perfect fit for your daytime festival set.

All revenue goes to the artist and 15% of royalties are donated to help people in the poorest parts of Africa thanks to our distribution partner Forward.

For the first time ever I was producing a sample pack. Unison Audio invited me, so I have spent a lot of time in the studio during the lockdown to create and save new sounds. This package is a mix of leads, basslines, drums and effects I love to use for my own productions aswell. Many of these sounds should be familiar to you when listening this demo track. Just in case you wonder: most of the sounds had been made with the old Roland JV 2080, you might see this influence on the cover :)

The fifth release on Deep Stories Records is a two track EP from No Sé Leon who’s a German producer from Frankfurt known for his releases on Kunsthandwerk, Wood Limited and Uxoa Dutxa Elite.

Both of the tracks blend poignant melodies with uplifting pads to create music that burns itself directly into people's memory.
"Fere" opens the EP with its concise synth and unfolding of the captivating structure, which has an immersive groove perfect for the dance floor. In contrast, "Tamen" has a building arc of tension that develops with blissful suspense that reveals its very own drama.

Annuna Music boss is back again with an EP.
After the successful remix to Latente by Santanamusique, released on vinyl, now it's time for an EP on his label.

This EP contains two very intimate tracks, one is a reference to Andalusian electronic music, this is a music inspired by the beaches and places of his birth region, where Martin HERRS always carries deep inside, magical places and dreamy sunsets where he has grown up with his closest people, he makes a very inspiring mix between the most avant-garde electronic and classical music of his birth place.

It is followed by the other track called intimate animal, where he starts with a strong set of drums and a special harmony that accompanies the beat in a captivating moment, until a set of crazy synthesizers begin to sound strongly, calling the most intimate animal that he has inside, Martin wants to reflect with this EP his two versions of facing music from a very personal and intimate point of view.

Deep Stories is a collective of DJ/producers, writers and photographers with a passion for storytelling in all possible ways. In their universe, sounds, words and images form a complementary unity, so that the audience can absorb all these different sensations at the same time. With this unprecedented vision in mind, DJ’s The Doubljuh and Kork founded the Deep Stories podcast series in 2016, which was enthusiastically received by a rapidly growing community. By amalgamating different lifestyle areas (literature, photography, music) many people quickly became enthused by this innovative project and within a year the Deep stories Soundcloud channel reached the mark of 10K followers before smashing the 20K milestone the following year. Driven by the enormous positive feedback, the team has expanded and founded its own music blog. This allows the audience to stay informed about new releases, events and upcoming gigs, in addition to weekly charts and tips for the weekend planning for electronic music lovers. The latest addition is the new booking feature, by which the artists of the Deep Stories crew can be booked for deep house and techno parties.
