Not quite ambient, not quite club. This mix leans into the in-between space LB Honne carved out—half dreaming, half dancing. The original album floats, but here it glides with intent: transitions stretch, rhythms smudge, and moments you thought were gentle show up with weight. It’s not a reinterpretation, just a different tilt of the head. The future and the past don’t touch—but in this mix, they pass close enough to blur.

Two of our favourite things at lempuyang HQ are deep techno and curry. As one of Glasgow's best exports in recent years, Chris covers both bases. He also happens to be a shithot (geddit?!) DJ and producer. Chris first came to our attention after his contributions to the always excellent OHM Series label, and he was subsequently invited onto our annual 'Pura' V/A compilation, comfortably holding his own against heavyweights such as Hydergine, W-Moon & Merv.

In addition to the above, you'll also find Chris loitering in the rosters of Mixcult, Greyscale, and we highly recommend picking up the excellent Sons of San release on Verdant.

Fiba began to develop his passion for electronic music in the mid-90s, when he began collecting records of the genre and organizing events of all sizes. 
Over the years, he has produced numerous mixes, podcasts and radio shows, and is also a founding member of the organizing team of Alkotábor, an important community event of the Hungarian electronic music scene.
His musical world is based on techno, house and minimal, but he also enjoys drawing from the borderlands of these. At the invitation of the UNCP. series, he put together a deep/hypnotic selection available exclusively on vinyl, which faithfully reflects his clean and carefully constructed sound.

They simply called it “The Laboratory.” There were no windows — only the hum of life-support systems and aquariums filled with lifeforms that defied classification. On evenings like this, Spacelunch would tune the setup, Cat would yank out unnecessary cables with his tail, and everything would freeze in anticipation of the signal. A deep, steady mix filled the space, seeping into reservoirs, consoles, and whispering sensors. Something flared, something trembled — as if the environment itself was trying to synchronize with the rhythm. Later, a new chapter would appear in the Professor’s log: “Sample 93.”
