Anjunabeats Rising graduate Bexxie presents her first standalone single on the label, 'The Time'.

Rebecca Clements, aka Bexxie, has been producing and DJing since the 1990s. Influenced by modern techno, early 90’s hardcore and tech house, her music has been supported by David Guetta, Mark Knight, Sam Feldt and Jax Jones. She debuted on Anjunabeats in December 2021 with ‘In Your Hands’, and remixed the lead single from Genix's '199X' album, 'Numb', in January 2022.

Combining modern dance music sensibilities with an old school twist, 'The Time' also features Bexxie's vocals on one of her own productions for the first time.

Legendary Scottish producer @mylo has made a surprise return after a 14-year hiatus, having not released an original production since his critically acclaimed 2004 album ‘Destroy Rock & Roll’.

He’s teamed up with UK Nu Disco producer @iamlouislaroche, who’s latest single ‘All I Had’, gained over 1.4 million Spotify plays to date.

Described by Louis as “a mix between the Italo Disco sound and 90’s House music.”
‘Lovers’ marks Mylo’s return to the dance music world with the combination of 80’s synth stabs, Disco arps and a catchy vocal loop stating ‘Let’s be lovers tonight’, all working together to create a nostalgic, yet modern take on the Nu Disco sound.

“When I was 14, Mylo was a huge hero of mine. He’s partly the reason I got into making music in the first place,” explains Louis. “I reached out to him and got a lovely email back inviting me down to his home in London.”

“I pulled up this basic loop I’d written and we spent the next 2 days writing new parts,
messing around with key changes and it turned into a big jamming session. It doesn’t follow trends or aim for a club sound, it’s rough and ready, but that’s what I love about it.”

Atlanta’s @treasurefingers takes on remix duties, providing a funky, hypnotic, oldskool House twist on the original. Serving nicely as an alternative mix for the early hours.
