After a brief hiatus, Phasmid returns with his latest venture - Unidentified EP. Just like his DJ sets, the three original cuts on Energy Control can’t be confined to one genre alone. Yet they all share something in common driving beats guaranteed to make you dance.

Breaks and rave samples from the hardcore continuum combine with an irresistible lead in the opening I’ve Never Been But I Love It - a lucid crystallisation of Acidgigi’s eclectic influences. Carne serves up an instantly memorable cut of dark 2-step, before Energy Control floats into a distant fantasy landscape of luscious pads and grandiose amens.
