Multi-instrumentalist and Mexican native, Salvador Rizo Castro (aka @QT-HIGH), re-accelerates his underground, moody, progressive house facade. With monthly releases ahead of an album prepped for Hispanic Heritage Month in September, his growing presence in the global progressive house/techno community is on the horizon. His initial and still most prominent involvement in the music industry is his notable repertoire of Sync & Licensing compositions for Disney, Red Bull, Puma, Juventus, and many more brands and companies of various sizes. Looking ahead at 2022 and onwards, he is focusing on propelling his QT-HIGH frontline alias forward at full force.

Exponent of a sound both entrancingly deep and straight out dynamic, the German-born Turkish producer has been honing his skills putting out nostalgia-soaked material designed for both the dance floor and daydreaming in equal measure. This new delivery serves up everything that Bákayan is about, ie. the perfect mix of contemplative escapology - as in the mystique-shrouded title-track, inspired by the sight of fireflies in the mountains of Turkey, and no-nonsense club attributes that make his cuts the perfect companions for peak-time rides and more intimate, after-ready setups. Presented in both OG and edit versions, the latter featuring Ibiza-based vocalist Safar, 'Breathe' encapsulates the transporting flavours of spiritual journeys across the Bosphorus and big room-focussed traction to whip up any crowd into sheer euphoria, whereas 'Fireflies' operates as more of a pop-tinged, breaks-heavy weapon all set at driving herds of ravers to climactic emotional heights.
