INSTITUTION is a collective of Winnipeg-based promoters, DJ's and electronic music lovers. Our mission is to promote the underground scene, to support Canadian producers, DJ's, labels, and promoters, and to connect with the international progressive house and techno community.

The worldwide styles of HOUSE music lovingly explored: Rhythm, groove, expressive vocals, organic notes, banging drums, and killer robots.
