Was seeing Jeroen Tel and Matt Gray remaking their old C64 tunes, as well as some Galway remakes from Gray, which I all love btw.

I already had this 'Mr Nord' setup lying around from previous track, so I just couldn't resist and try to recreate the magic from Martin Galway's Parallax title screen epic for myself.

I tried to stay true to the original as much as possible. Even play the original in the intro and outro as a backing track. But almost all elements are recreated on the Nord Lead 2x, as well as some additions and tricks from the Easily Embarrassed library to make it more of a 2015 worthy track.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

This is a part-finished version of the Ocean Loader by the wonderful Martin Galway. It was intended to be a 'demo' track for eJay eQuality - the Pro Level sequencer from eJay that was in development for many months, but never saw the light of day due to Empire Interactive going into liquidation. So, here it is... my unfinished upmix -  not quite done and baked, but possibly worth a listen? Martin kindly agreed to allow me to upmix this and use it as a demo song, in (if I recall correctly) return for a pie and a pint(!) ;O)

"Ebeneezer Goode" is a song by British electronic music group The Shamen, which, after being heavily remixed by The Beatmasters, became their biggest hit when released as a single in September 1992. The band's original version also featured on the vinyl edition of their album Boss Drum. "Ebeneezer Goode" was one of the most controversial UK number-one hits of the 1990s, due to its perceived oblique endorsement of recreational drug use.
