Serve Cold, Grigoré and Jaguar Jaguar return to Defected with ‘LOW’, following the success of breakout label debut ‘Dancing’ in June 2025. Frequent collaborators Serve Cold and Grigoré first made music in 2024, inspired by the electronic soundscapes and neo-soul of artists like Jungle and Khruangbin. Together with Belgian band Jaguar Jaguar they debuted their fresh house record ‘Dancing’ on Defected Records in June 2025. The track was a breakout success, earning two million streams and two-thousand radio spins in under two months thanks to early support from the likes of Keinemusik, RÜFÜS DU SOL and Tripolism - the track also topped the Beatport Afro House chart for nearly two weeks after release. Now they build on their dreamlike dance sound with ‘LOW’, an acronym of “Love is the Only Way”. Drawing on their shared inspirations spanning world music and underground electronic, ‘LOW’ proves the staying power of Grigoré, Serve Cold and Jaguar Jaguar as good friends and musical collaborators with bubbling textures and dancefloor euphoria.

Producer duo Grigoré & Serve Cold deliver a club-ready remix of Defected’s summer anthem ‘Edge Of Desire’ by Jonas Blue & Malive. The good friends and frequent collaborators Grigoré and Serve Cold are on a roll with the London label in 2025; their smash hit ‘Dancing’ with Jaguar Jaguar made waves in June, topping the Beatport Afro House chart, appearing on Defected’s coveted In The House Ibiza 2025 compilation and reaching four million streams in under two months. The artists then released ‘LOW’ (Love is the Only Way) at the end August, quickly followed by this hard-hitting take on ‘Edge Of Desire’. The duo’s remix of the Jonas Blue & Malive summer favourite brings the original’s open-air festival vibe into the club, with deep, rolling basslines and expressive synth spikes supporting the spacious and now very recognisable vocal hook.
