Based out of Seville, Spain, Clare Durant & Hartta are one of the freshest collaborations to emerge in the scene, launching London based record label Oddities’ debut release.

Their “Photoshoot” EP encapsulates all things odd and wonderful, flowing effortlessly through cerebral 4x4, zany breakbeat and glitchy UK bass. This varied 3 tracker attacks sound systems universally and demonstrates the diversity of their production arsenal.

Founder of the club night and label Bleach & Moan, Clare Durant began her DJing journey in 2023, supporting the likes of DJ MELL G, Nikki Nair, Nite Fleit and more.. As Dead Trax head honcho and member of the group Sabasonik, Hartta boasts releases on imprints such as Banoffee Pies Records, 3 Feet Deep and Outhouse Sounds amongst others.

808 Catz is a collaborative project between Filth Inc. founder Aniket Dabholkar (Full Motion Disaster) & Satyajeet Prabhu (Barasingha).

Coming from Lo-Fi House and Drum & Bass respectively, the two decided to meet midway at the 160 bpm mark to serve up some jazz-inspired footwork and instrumental hip-hop

As a follow up to their Vol. 1 EP released in 2020 on Filth Inc, 'How U Do It' sees the duo serve a nocturnal blend of jazz infused footwork, halftime dnb and juke with an evident early Philip D Kick influence as a cherry on top, and could be interpreted as a soundtrack to a neo-noir mystery movie.

The track is best enjoyed on a cold rainy evening in a smoky backroom of a jazz bar with whiskey on the rocks.
