We’re excited to announce ‘Soon’ (MANT006), coming from debut artist, oliver. It’s a real honour to be chosen by an artist for their debut release, and we think you’ll enjoy the journey as he drifts between ambient, downtempo electronica, and techno.

'Possession', the stunning opening track, is an ethereal vignette capturing the melancholic atmosphere of late night and early morning. The EP's immersive title track, ‘Soon’, effortlessly layers pads and melodies that combine to provide moments of both introspection and euphoria. 'Tripped' and 'Melt' complete the EP's original material, and are as well suited to a Sunday drive as they are to the dance floor.

As is tradition Ian DPM, the previous EP artist, takes the lead on remix duties. Featuring on his 3rd consecutive Mantissa EP, he imprints his distinctive style on 'Possession', and expertly closes the record with a take that is vibrant, trippy and club ready.

Kuda is the project of Oscar Ellis & Luke Carrigan, founders of both Social Frequency & Entropy. Emigrating from the UK in 2022, the two have since become heavily involved & invested in the grassroots musical scene on Gadigal Land/Sydney. 

'Endless Pursuit' is the duo's ode to some of their greatest influences, electro, trance, and UK breaks.

Stripped back, simple but effective. 'Endless Pursuit' is emotional and yet entirely casual. Ellie Goulding's 'Don't Say A Word', a sample made popular by Drake's 2013 'Pound Cake', floats over reverbed UK inspired breaks, beefy bass notes & jazzy pads.

Of the track, the two shared, "[Endless Pursuit] captures the feeling of always striving
toward a goal in a landscape that constantly emphasises productivity, efficiency, and
documenting every step of the journey. The track explores the sensation of
relentlessly chasing something without pausing to reflect on the progress made. The
focus remains on the future, while the journey up until now shapes the present
moment. We wanted to evoke different emotions as it progresses."

“Lyrica 3000 mg” is a dance of a wounded broken heart from Mariupol resident Peshka and his attempts to mend his psyche in Kyiv. Mark has a large fan base thanks to his recognizable style in the tech house genre and a bunch of vinyl releases on many labels, such as Visionquest, Re.Face, Banoffee Pies and others. “This track is a physical recording of the hardest period in my life, as well as a reminder to myself that after going through so much, I shouldn’t give up, so let’s keep going,” - says Mark.

It’s a properly transcendent Kalahari debut as S.A.M. makes nods to ’90s Eurodance and deeper, spiritual invocations.

At the helm of multiple labels, but this marks a Kalahari debut for the Danish artist. Sometimes anthemic, sometimes operating from a more meditative space, but always serving as an outlet for ecstatic release. Rapturous big room ascension into more contemplative territory.

Channelling some divine NRG in the vocal hooks, and like much of their work, an air of blissed intent cloaks the whole thing. A suite of tech and deep house striking balance between the introspective and direct, the metaphysical and corporeal.

Pitting sonic immersion against forward momentum has almost become a blueprint for any Kalahari release, and here, we bear witness to a prime example. Heady stuff.

Interwoven and driving rhythms, dreamy melodies, and deep, tribal atmospheres—this is the sound that immediately drew us to the artist Robotalco. His album, Yaxche, will be released on 19 April on Bandcamp and all streaming platforms.

Yaxche is the ancient and mysterious tree of birth, life, and knowledge in Mayan culture, from which the world's energy and wisdom flow.

The idea behind this album was born from an endless archive of layered tracks stored on Robotalco’s hard drive over the years, spanning from 2017 to 2024. This selection process reflects a clear eclecticism in the exploration of sounds and arrangements, seamlessly transitioning from classic house tracks to jazzy ambient, downtempo, Latin influences, dub techno inspirations, and beyond.

The album opens with a dreamy interlude titled DAILY OVERSIGHT, a captivating introduction that leads us into 5 AM ACTION DUB, a perfect after-hours track with dubby, immersive rhythms that take us on a true sonic journey.
