As Summer slowly comes to an end Pino Peña and Thomas Colin are not ready to end the holiday season quite yet. In a joint effort they take you on a musical journey through their new release „Urlaub“ on Schimmer Records. The trip starts on the coast of Portugal in the beautiful town of „Cascais“. Funky basslines and smooth chords get you in the holiday beach town fee- ling. Next stop is on the lovely island of Fuerteventura in a little town called „el Cotillo“. As lush pads blend in and out, this dubby piece rolls along the coast and you can almost hear the waves crushing in on the rocks! If you‘ve now had enough of salty and humid air, don‘t worry as for the next destina- tion we reach the lovely italian town of „Pienza“. A little holiday drama in bet- ween good vine, quality food and banging arpeggiators might just be what you want at the end of your vacation. But what‘s that? That‘s right the holi- day is not over yet: we just received a last minute invitation back to Cascais by the the lovely Beatrice. She wants to show us her take on the city which
is a completely different but very interesting one! She plays around with rhythms and pads to create her own part of Cascais were mysteries and hidden new places might be just around the corner! Sadly all good things must come to an end, also our sonic adventure but we hope you enjoyed the ride and extended your summer for tiny bit! Cheers!

@fran_lf is a DJs’ DJ - the kind that DJs go listen to, when he plays; and his skillfulness multiplies by every additional deck you place in his booth. Not surprisingly, his solid productions have been seen in many of the shared playlists that have hyped up our past episodes.

Like all Sicilian things are surprisingly tasty, so are Francesco’s doings: mostly incline to 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝, his sound has that pretty traditional feel, and though sometimes a fuller throttle has its best, it always stays widely engaging - in sum, we haven’t seen an empty dancefloor when Captain Fran is on command.

Delayed Sentence is the outcome of a love story that’s been going on for the last 2 decades. 
Italian, now residing in Amsterdam, she fell for the clubbing scene after moving to Lisbon in the early 2000s. Towards the end of the decade, she co-founded the infamous “B-80’s/Retro Futurism” nights, and under the name Pac Woman, she took booth duties focusing on the electronic dance music of the 80’s. That eventually led to several residencies in and around Portugal’s capital.
A crate digger with a preference for unknown talents, she’s been a regular dancefloor presence for over 2 decades, half of which were spent intermittently behind the booth. After hanging the headphones for good several times, in 2021 she returned to the decks to finally give vent to her strongest passion, techno. 

Purveyor of the finest techno through the years, Delayed Sentence presents fresh mixes with the newest exciting releases for the listening pleasure of other connoisseurs alike.
Mostly fast and dynamic, though darker or more hypnotic at times, her selection is guaranteed to make you travel an intense journey through all the more dimensions and soundscapes of techno, with unexpected turns into electro, breaks and leftfield.
