With this first Ecstatic Sound Journey, I want to manifest the intention of being aligned with my dharma. I am sharing with you the musical vibrations that support my sound-healing journey. I want to dive deeper using music, breath, and organic movement as medicine. After hiding myself for over 20 years as a DJ and music producer, I have accepted that sound is a fundamental part of my being and that it is time to show up, set my fears and judgments aside and share my medicine with others.

MANIFESTATION is a prayer to the universe to guide me through my healing journey, and I hope it can also support yours. 

Set aside 90min of your time, prepare a cup of cacao, and dive deep into yourself. Close your eyes, breathe, and move your body without limitations. Feel the energy moving. Let your higher self be your guide. Dance and celebrate your existence. Manifest your authentic expression.

This is an excellent moon for setting strong intentions around practical projects, business endeavors, and social collaboration. The new moon supports intuitive decisions and is very auspicious for inspired and productive new ideas, cooperative relationships and negotiating contracts and agreements. Remember to focus on the big picture and not the clumsy details.

The energy is quick and fast moving which some of you welcome but may be uncomfortable for others so honor the diversity of timing and flow and stay out of judgment. Watch your words, think before you speak and allow others to have the “time” the way that is comfortable for them. In numerology, the number eight is symbolized by the infinity symbol (∞) and represents themes of reflection, balancing, opportunity, optimism, and transformation.

On my journey I stepped into a wine cellar, shelves were brimming with old bottles. The owner, friendly and inviting, told me to pick any bottle for a taste.
In this extraordinary moment, I sipped a 1927 vintage, enjoyed a 1964, and tasted two more years.

But this wasn't just about tasting wine; it was like I owned this place and visited it at the same time. The keeper of the cellar seemed like a time guardian, letting me dive into its tales.

Outside, I saw something breathtaking – a huge vineyard spreading out as far as my eyes could see. Rows of young plants stood like a promise of the future. I asked if I could walk through them, and the keeper agreed, though he said it wasn't time for harvest yet.

Among those plants, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride. It was like I could feel the hard work of everyone who cared for this incredible vineyard. Each plant stood as proof of their care and shared dreams.

Before I left, I thanked the cellar's keeper and the vineyard's caretaker.
The cellar held memories from the past, like a library of stories. The vineyard, full of growing plants, was like a picture of what's to come.

As I left that magical place, I felt a deep calm and safety.

An extremely powerful, wild, sensual and cathartic dance; played out live at the peak of summer, at the Ecstatic Experiences Summer retreat 2023.  

This set was called bold by some for its brave selections! The dance floor received it with the power it was transmitted with. This one went OFF! A true ecstatic journey to evoke all range of movement & emotion. 

Expect a full ecstatic ride here, expect the unexpected. 

Note - the original meditative track was not recorded at the start, nor the live sound healing that followed the set by Sunita Kaur.
