Jacy Moon formerly known as Jordon James is an explosively dynamic artist with his unique blend of techno and trance. His sound is euphoric and bouncy, driven by big synths and thumping low-end grooves designed for maximum dancefloor energy. With a nod to the faster, harder edge of trance and 90s Goa, his tracks are deep and endearing yet playful and quirky. Drawing inspiration from artists like Alpha Tracks, Anetha, Gaston Fiore and Mac Declos, Jacy is motivated by forward-thinking sound design and distinctive, authentic sounds.

Throughout his DJ career, Jacy has supported some of the biggest names in the underground electronic music scene, including Thomas Schumacher, Alex Stein, Wehbba, Mark Blair, Charlie Sparks, Shlomo, Parfait and BLK. 
He has also had his music supported by notable artists such as Laura King, Hasvat Informat, Vel, Gaston Fiore Odymel, and Uberkikz 

Beyond the DAW, Jacy is actively engaged in Melbourne’s electronic music community and continues to push the boundaries of his sound, firmly ensuring his place in the global scene.

A decade ago in the heart of a bustling music scene of Melbourne, a vision was born - to create a platform that would champion the voices of emerging artists, curate music that resonates, and build a community that transcends borders. Today, as we stand at the cusp of our 10th anniversary, we look back with pride at a journey filled with milestones, memories, and melodies.

Founded in 2014, Recovery Collective was not just built on the foundation of music but on the promise of opportunity. From our earliest days, we recognised the boundless potential in artists waiting for their breakout moment and provided them with the platform, resources, and guidance to shine. Our ethos has always been clear: to discover, nurture, and promote talent, ensuring that great music always finds its audience.

After working with over 120 artists on 130+ releases, our repertoire boasts diverse genres, innovative collaborations with artists and labels, along with tracks that have left an indelible mark on the music industry. 

From being awarded the position of Beatport's Top 3 label for 2020 (following revered Afterlife and Diynamic imprints), and 4th highest selling release of the year - along with a large portfolio of accomplishments and achievements since its inception - Recovery Collective has grown from a fledgling label to a global powerhouse.

Bringing together artists from all corners of the world, the label has championed artists from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to showcase their unique talents on a global stage. From Australia to Ukraine, Brazil, France, Lebanon and Thailand. We really have created a community of artists that today we are ever so proud of.

To celebrate a decade of operation, Recovery Collective will be embarking on a 10 Year Anniversary World Tour throughout 2024, seeking to revisit this incredible journey, bringing together our esteemed artists, dedicated fans, and the larger music community.

This tour will span multiple cities, each chosen for its unique connection to our label and its artists. Every showcase will be curated meticulously, reflecting the ethos of Recovery Collective while offering attendees an unforgettable musical experience.
